I am appreciative that PDR staff was prompt, showing up as scheduled. All staff that I encountered so far was professional and open to answering all of my many questions regarding restoration of my home following being hit by the tornado. I am pleased so far.

Paul Davis did an excellent job of helping us recover after the Mary 16th tornado in St. Louis. The people they sent to help clean up glass and debris in our home immediately after the tornado were friendly, professional and did a great job. Also, we periodically asked Paul Davis staff for advice (particularly Justin and Josh but also Juan) and the info and advice they provided was very useful. And they did a good job of removing wet insullation from our kitchen ceiling, with minimal interruption. We had a water leak in our great room and PD was contracted by my insurance company to remove the drywall and insulation. It was no small task as it is a large room and the peak of the ceiling is 21 ft. The PD remediation team (Juan, Luis, Raymar, Dario and Jose) worked hard and did a great job. They were pleasant to work with communicated throughout the job!
